A few days ago, Kevin took his first bath in the bath seat. Ellie loved it, but Kevin was a little more unsure of the whole situation!!

Kevin as Santa
We had a Biz-Kids Holiday party on Monday! Kevin went as Santa! I will have more pics later. I havent been able to download them!
Sleeping Beauty by the Tree
As I said before, it is almost impossible to get Ellie to wear normal clothes at home!
Kevin in the Exersaucer
Kevin started playing in his exersauser last week! He loves it! He has become so social in the last few weeks. He'll just smile and stare at someone from across the room until they notice him!
Trimming the Tree
We picked out a Christmas tree at an on-campus lot. Ellie and Chris ran around playing hide-and-seek in the trees! We brought the tree home and decorated it. Ellie is so proud of the tree! She just stares at it and says, "Isn't it pretty?"

Kevin - 4 months
Kevin has his 4-month checkup next week, so I'll update his official stats then.
I measured him a few days ago, and he was 27 1/2 inches. He weighed 16.5 lbs.
He has learned to make raspberries and loves it! (those ppppp noises babies make with their lips and tounge)
He has also learned to roll over from back to front... This has resulted in a forced end to swaddling! So, sleeping is not going so well right now. We will get it all figured out, though!
- update: As of last night, he rolls over to his tummy when I put him the crib. Then, he sleeps wonderfully!! He is in the middle of his first >2 hour nap in his crib. I can usually only get him to nap that long in the swing!
Visiting Family in Texas
This post is a little bit out of order! We went back to Texas for Thanksgiving. Ellie had a really great time visiting her cousins and grandparents.
She really enjoyed meeting her cousin Jakob. She said, "I tink he's just great!"

Here is a video of Ellie kissing Kevin. Also note how she pulls her skirt up. She's modest and doesn't like for her midriff to show! She still loves to play dress up from morning until night. It's a struggle to get her to dress in normal clothes!!

As co-founder of the football club (are you surprised by this?), Chris helped with the GSB Stanford/Notre Dame tailgate party. Lots of family came out, and we had a really fun afternoon. Lots of ball tossing, dog petting, snacking, and baby holding! Todd was great with Kevin and gave me a chance to have both hands!!

November 21 - Ellie loves Kevin very much. She often says things like, "I love you, Kevin. You're the best baby brother in the whooooooole world."
Kevin Wears Daddy's Hand-Me-Downs
Kevin is wearing a hand-me-down from Chris and his brothers. It's crazy to see Kevin in his Daddy's baby gear! Thanks to Granny who loves to save!!
Building Towers
November 15 - Ellie loves building towers with these blocks, and thinks it is great fun when it all falls down!
Kevin loves to watch his big sister and is really starting to look like Chris.

November 11 - Kevin just looks cute. His hair still sticks straight up, and he always keeps his eyes wide open as if he is surprised about something!
Movie Night!
On November 9, we had a movie night! Ellie chose the movie - Beauty and the Beast, of course! The boys got a little bored at times, but the fighting scenes always drew them back in! Ellie was captivated from start to finish!
